Why equipment pilates?

Research shows that equipment-based pilates is more effective than mat-based pilates.

Pilates equipment, especially the reformers and chairs, can make mat-based pilates easier or harder. Our well-trained instructors choose equipment, exercises, modifications, and variations that are appropriate for each individual in a small group session.

Joseph Pilates originally used the equipment as the foundation for the matwork. We do the same.

Our guests' experience-based perception is that reformer pilates is 4.1x more effective than mat-based pilates.

Even more impressive is that equipment-based pilates is perceived to be 5.6x more effective than personal training and 21.0x more effective than yoga.

  2. Set up your consultatation and Intro Event Series (free).
  3. Schedule your future sessions.

Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Hours may vary by location.


All sessions are made by appointment.

Semi-private group sessions run throughout the day, not on a specific schedule. You choose the time most convenient for you!
