Session 1

In the first half of the session, you will learn fundamental building blocks 1-8 with a focus on proper spinal position. Next, you will learn fundamentals 9-16 that guide you through the four essential spinal directions. Lastly, you will learn about the Plexus brand, the benefits of
pilates to your lifestyle, new pricing structures and
convenient scheduling.

Session 2

Join a regular 50-minute equipment-based pilates session with no more than five other current clients.

Session 3

Participate in another small group pilates session and get the chance to apply what you’ve learned and increase the intensity of your full body workout.
