PlexusPasses: you have the privilege to schedule out 6 prepaid weeks as a Member.
PlexusPackages: you may schedule only the prepaid number of visits in the package.
All memberships, series, and packages may be scheduled up to 70 minutes prior to the class start time.
ALL GUESTS MUST SCHEDULE THEIR OWN APPOINTMENTS AND VISITS
USING THE PLEXUS MIND BODY ONLINE SOFTWARE.
Any requests made verbally or in writing to an instructor or Plexus team member are not the responsibility of Plexus.
Each guest is fully responsible for his or her own scheduling, cancellation, and expiries.
FOR VISITS OR APPOINTMENTS
4×4: you may cancel 7 days or more prior to the visit start time.
PlexusPasses: you may cancel 7 days or more prior to the visit start time.
PlexusPackages: you may cancel 24 hours or more prior to the appointment start time.
Every pass, package, series, appointment, visit, or membership has an expiration date. Expiries can be found on your receipt and can be viewed in your Plexus Mind Body Online account 24/7/365. Physical receipts may not be given; electronic receipts are always available. Awareness of the expiry is the sole responsibility of the guest. Expiration dates are unchangeable.
CANCELING PASSES, PACKAGES, SERIES, OR MEMBERSHIPS
Plexus Pilates does not issue refunds.
4×4: Once the series has begun, it cannot be canceled.
PlexusPasses: A pass cannot be canceled within the current 30-day period or any future 30-day period if reservations exist. A pass can be canceled any time between the 30-day periods. 30-days written notice is required by submitting a ticket on the Plexus Pilates Support Desk (PPSD).
PlexusPackages: Once the package has begun, or if appointments exist, the package cannot be canceled.
Passes purchased as Gift may not be used as substitute. A $25 change fee will be assessed.
